APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointments are very important to Joey Healy Eyebrow Studio, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Once an appointment is made an email confirmation will be sent to you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us immediately to cancel your appointment.
You can cancel by going into the joeyhealy.com booking system (if you've created a login), by directly e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 212-477-2444 and leaving a brief message.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. "No Shows" (those who fail to cancel prior to appointment start time) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, thus better serving everyone. Joey Healy Eyebrow Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
We trust that you’ll absolutely love your new eyebrow products! However, you are welcome to return unopened and unused merchandise within 14 business days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment. Opened or used merchandise must be returned within 14 business days of delivery for store credit (to be used within 30 days of issue). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns can be mailed directly to 51 University Place, New York, NY 10003 in original packaging. If you have any additional questions, we are happy to answer them for you! ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders may be canceled by e-mailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 hours of placing order. Please reference your transaction number in your e-mail.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY:
Buyer pays shipping; please expect reasonable shipping costs calculated at checkout. Packages are sent via USPS.
There may be delays to online shipments. Please allow extra time to receive your order.
EGIFT CARD POLICY:
Buyer pays shipping; expect reasonable shipping cost. Wholesale accounts pay cost of order upfront, to include any recurring orders. Quantities are indicated in the fields below. Sample units are available by request, please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Any samples sent are for in-store testing and demonstration purposes only. All sample units will be marked with a “T” to indicate tester.
Company checks, Credit Cards and PayPal are accepted as payment options. Check payments need to be verified and cleared before your order is processed. A grace period of 48 hours from the date of deposit is granted for accommodation. Orders ship within 1-3 business days once payment has cleared. Shipping Via USPS.
No refunds or exchanges. All sales final.
