Step 1. Select your desired Virtual Appointment option.

Step 2. Email us 3 high quality photos of your makeup-free brows in natural light (refer to sample photos in gallery). Each photo will be marked with edits to provide detailed instructions for tweezing and trimming.

Step 3: Briefly describe your brow concerns, typical brow routine, and ask any questions you may have.

Step 4. (Concierge) A 20-minute video call with Joey to utilize his expertise, receive further guidance, and product recommendations. The time is yours to create your own experience based on your needs!
